Ah, Brooklyn. I don't get a chance to go down to Brooklyn often, but my visits there are always enjoyable and quite calm (contrary to busy downtown). On this day, I went to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden to see cherry blossom trees in bloom! Of course, the place was packed with people, but nonetheless, the trees and flowers were beautiful. Only in the spring, we fully appreciate the beauty of the flowers so I try to make the best effort to see cherry blossoms every spring. And it just felt so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and escape to nature.
Yes, guys, I am wearing the same floppy hat from my previous post, but I love this hat and it was appropriate for the weather/occasion. This is another festival-ish look, now that I think about it! I am wearing a Zara tank and Cotton On skirt, keeping it comfy and simple. Oh, I have a confession to make. I can only wear baggy bottoms for right now because I scraped my knees pretty badly a couple of days ago (High heel problems)...Yeup. Really painful and gross, but let's not get into detail about it. I am a skinny jeans type person, and it's depressing that I can't throw on my favorite American Apparel Easy Jeans and go out the door because those pants brush against the pants. Ugh. Hopefully, it will heal soon.
Hope you guys are having a fantastic day!
